I too am involved with the Aurora (IL) Emergency Management Agency. I am allowed to run only with Amber/Green strobes. Green is used for Police Commanders around here so people know to get out of the way. It is magnet attached so I usually remove it unless I need to get somewhere in a hurry (or it might get blown off on the expressway).

The visor light is a Whelen Flat Lighter (hard to see unless it is dark or turned on). I also have a Gall's StreetLightning Dual Lens Strobe in the rear window that I hung below the TBL. Both of these are also Amber/Green.

The D is DA (Purple for those that can't spell Deep Amythest) and I have magnetic signs for the doors that identify the D as an Aurora EMA vehicle that I use while on scene.

The trunking radio is the same 800MHz radio that all police and fire personel use in Aurora. It is pre-programmed for all the local agency's channels (Police, Fire, EMA, and has subchannels (OPS 1, 2, & 3, Fire Ground Main, 1 and 2, Sherrif, FBI and State Police)

I have a local event to work at today so I am going to try to get some more pictures of the D while it is in working mode.
