2001 D questions

I have some questions about the 2001 D. I've seen a number of messages and looked at a couple of the sites with pricing information available. also saw the posting with the pictures of the 2001 D. Looks nice! I have 2 questions - 1) it appears that rear air is not available unless you buy the optional 3rd row seat. If so, how much does the 3d row seat infringe on storage area? ( I have no kids at home, so a 3rd seat is not a priority - but we visit friends and relative in OK and TX so rear A/C is a benefit) 2) None of the early information I've seen mentions the mini trip computer that was included in the overhead console on previous models. Is this just an oversight or have they deleted this feature?
I hope to order a 2001 D in October (at which time I plan to join the DOC) so I'm trying to make all the little decisions as soon as possible so I can make sure I don't miss anything. Thanks for your help.
