I wouldn't bother resetting your PCM. The PCM will slowly "adapt" the fueling of the engine to make up for any fuel/air mixture changes that may have occurred because of your mods. Resetting the PCM will only force the PCM to start over again, learning from a spot that you know isn't the level of vehicle that rolled off the assembly line. Some of your fuel usage may be from the "heavy foot" effect of the mods, but if you're flowing more air through the engine because of the reduced restriction, then the fueling will have to increase as well to maintain the desired mixture. This will be true at the heavy throttle points, but not at light throttle, you shouldn't see much difference at all there (fuel usage-wise). Hope this helps.
