Still hear noise in the rear end..."D" going to the dealer

I tried lubing the spring and all it's parts but still hear the sound, like there is something rolling around in the rear end on the passenger side. Any ideas on what that could be, It goes in Wed. and I'd like to give them more than, "I hear this sound". Does that sound like a pinion bearing? I took the wheel off and the brake apart and eveything was fine, it's just when I'm rolling along at 5 to 20mph and NO brake on. It's driving me crazy, thanks for any help or info.
