I didn't order it online, after being burned recently with an online auction, instead I called them. It appears to be a service station that also rents u-hauls and installs truck goodies. They were very helpful and quite professional. If I remember right I paid $92 and it was drop shipped to me from Sure Pull. From the time I ordered it to the time I received it was about 3 working days.
I have yet to install a wiring kit. In the beginning I was unsure of witch I needed. There are essentially 2 ways to go. A 4 pin flat connector, or a 7 pin round. The Mopar 7 pin kit was roughly $90 from Arnold while the 4 pole goes for about $25 at your local U-haul store. Both are very easy to install and are for the most part adapters that plug into existing wiring.
Which one you need depends on what you will be towing. Small utility trailers are usually 4 pin. Flat bed car carriers are mostly 7 pin. Campers can vary depending on size. I went with a 7 pin for the fact that I'd rather buy an adapter to convert down to a 4 pin on the off chance I'll use it. Rather than buying an adapter for a 7 pin that I'll need more often.
Anyway, the Sure Pull hitch is a good product, rated at 5000 lbs. Ozark is a good company in my experiences anyway. And Arnold has awesome pricing on the Mopar wiring kit. As soon as I make time to call him I'll be getting it from him.
Hope this helped,
