As an IT professional that is just bad. I know we have over 98% internally and without the telco induced probelms (Frame relay provider is terrible when it comes to problem resolution)we are over 99.5% reliability.

I can't believe an ISP can get away with those kinds of numbers and stay in business, especially for a paying customer.

Keep up the good fight and dont let the ISP get away with anything.
