Hitch receiver for 2K D, Mopar or aftermarket

Has anyone tried using this guy's receiver? cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=390650900 How well did it match up? What about wiring? Unfortunately, the D picked out did not have the factory installed tow package. Arnold, could you email me the price of the Mopar package and tell me if a total amateur can install it?
