just be sure that it gets plenty of air flow, it needs to be cooled. I had one installed on an '88 Jeep XJ and it died 6 months after I installed it! It was located near the coolant bottle which was the only place to put it but due to the heat from the bottle, it expired. Jacobs replaced it for a reduced cost and a year later, the replacement died. Either the heat killed it or Jacob's products aren't worth the cost. Since it never really made much difference in performance or mpg, I gave up on their product.
