This is a problem. The part may have been mis-boxed, this happens once in a while. The dealer may have ordered the wrong part.

There has been recent problems in getting accessories in body color, I have even ordered driftwood when platnium was not available, and repainted the part. I ordered driftwood to get a closer color, so the repaint would cover better. Many part numbers of molded, body color running boards, even for a 2000 model are not available, and can not even be ordered. This includes other models, besides Durango. To date, no one at MoPar has been able to explain all this, or tell me when they will become available.
