Ok, to carry this a step further, both part numbers are available,,

the part was either mis-boxed, or the dealer ordered the wrong part.

Parts are shipped in bulk to a packager, who then packages the parts, each packager has a code, which is printed on the box or parts label. When we get a part that is mis packaged, we file to return it, providing Mopar with the code and package date which is also on the label. it then is charged back to that packager.
