I coincidentally replaced my battery with a red top Optima the other day. (Prior to failure) Took about 5 minutes. You'll want to re-use the cross bar that holds the battery down, but as mentioned in another message, do not use the large plastic cover for the battery.
Not sure where you are, but I've purchased 3 red top Optimas in the last year for various vehicles, all from 4WheelParts for $129 each. They're in the West Coast and south. Don't worry about a model number, they're all the same except some have additional side terminals. Good luck. Look up in www.optimabatteries.com/main.htm
