In 1988 just before I went to college. I bought a brand new Honda CRX HF. The only thing I ever had done to that car was replacing the clutch %40 78,000 miles, regular oil changes and new tires. %4093,000 I took it in to have it checked over thouroughly and the mechanic was amazed at how good shape the car was in. (it still had the origional brakes. Less than 50% wear on them.) That was a very good quality car. If i had not totalled it at 96,000 miles i would probably still be driving it. I also failed to mention that the car never burned a drop of oil that I am aware of.
