Case in point...

I know this is not scientific. But, as some folks here know I recently purchased 2 Chevy products, a Suburban built in Silao Mexico and a Tahoe built in Janesville WI (and proudly displaying its UAW sticker on the inside door). The build quality on the 'hoe was no match for the 'burb. The burb was absolutely perfect. The 'hoe, well, has it's problems (albeit only a few).
The 'hoe comes with the UAW sticker, an insert saying "built with pride...etc. etc." and a satisfaction survey. I will let them know.
I wish the burb came with a satisfaction survey.
