Extended Warranties?

Just bought a 00 D SLT Plus Forest Green. I'm looking at extended warranties for the D. Any suggestions. Dodge dealer is quoting me 1/3 off list price if I finance the truck through them or just 10% off list if I don't. I don't have any clue as to what is a good price and I don't know if any of the independent extended warranty companies are good and will be around in 7 years. I'm currently looking at a 7 yr/100,000 miles maxi-care from DC with list price of $3.080 w/ $50 ded. Any help from all you D enthusist would be greatly appreciated!
