European headlights?

Here's a European dealer who converts 5-6 Durangos a week, with their solution for headlights. I believe the headlights are Hella DE truck-lights, converted by a small local company. I don't know what thay charge, but I know the guy who made a prototype for the dealer www.alfasetauto.no. See the attached files for the looks, not far from your schetches!
