If you don't have the FT4WD option you should not be making slow full turns in PT4WD. If the conditions are slick ie. gravel, mud, snow etc. you are OK. I have used my PT4WD in the rain before on slick roads but only on the HWY were the turns are not sharp were the steering would bind.
