Thanks all, for your input. I'll try some of these solutions out and let you know how it goes.

I'm leaning toward the rear suspension as the problem. Perhaps related to the limited slip nad/or the leaf spring suspension. I've since noticed that most of the hop occurs when the rear wheels come in contact with the road bumps.
