Don't know of anyone who has the Kenney Bell headers, but personally I have the Mesa Headers on my '99 5.9, 4x4, 3.55 and love them. They gave me 17 rear whell HP improvement and come with the y-pipe.
I'm not impressed with the Kenney Bell stuff personally. The SP 360 had a lot of problems with the Kenney SC and the magazine reviews I've read of the Killer Bee Dakota leaves much to be desired. I know some 5.2L Dakotas w/ only bolt on mods that have faster 1/4 ET's than the SC 5.9 in the Killer Bee. If memory service the Killer Bee was tested at 15.5 or so and I know stock R/T's that are 15.2's and R/T's with bolt ons in the mid 14's.
