The design of the through bolts is kind of odd. The majority of the length is solid (unthreaded) so that any contact between the bolt and the hanger or spring is on a non-threaded area. It would be really hard to find a similar design with the exactly correct length of solid shaft in an "off the shelf" bolt.
I may stop by the hardware store in the morning and see what kind of grade 8 or stainless bolts of similar design might work.
