Let me give you one suggestion. Take it for what you will.
Go see that same person face-to-face. Tell him you need to know the name of his company's attorney. When he asks why, just tell him that you will let your attorney handle it since he seems unwilling to do what is right.
Watch the guy scramble to do right by you.
