99 D 4x4, 5.9 just turned 6000 when the tranny fried

I was in the middle of moving, pulling a 5000 lb. trailer. Cruising along nicely, slowed down for construction, and she wouldn't go no more. Dealer rebuilt tranny, replaced gears, tourque converter, radiator. All because some one on the assembly line didn't tighten a bolt by the converter!
