You will want to get the QuickD 51 mm TB (don't the the 51.75 as it is too big for the 5.2).
Mesa's are the best IMO.
Exhaust is more of a personal thing do to the increase in sound of the system. If you have a 4x4 the only one I would stay away from is the Gibson as the muffler is round vs oval and hangs below the body line and therefore accessable to big rocks and such. The most bang for the buck on the exhaust would be to just cut in a Flowmaster muffler.
