Haven't noticed any distortions from the glass curvature, but I know what you mean about not wanting anyone monkeying around with the glass. I have a bad feeling that the replacement won't be done right and it'll leak or something. I'm thinking about not having it done for a year or so. It will be covered under warrantee for a few years. Why rush it.

If I look at the extreme right side of the windshield from the driver's seat, I see significant distortion.
Don't know if it's due to the glass curvature and viewing angle or ?? Anyone else see similar appearance?
Think I'll have dlr check it out when he replaces my cracked grill next week. I'm really not anxious to have anyone monkey with the windshield, however.
