Depending on conditions, 15 MPH may be too fast...
also, the ABS only kicks in if you are travelling over a certain MPH threshold. 90% of your braking comes from the front, so if you could not stop, then your fronts were locked, too... If you were in FT4WD, then rear onby ABS has no effect, if the fronts lock up, as the fronts being locked will lock the rear. As for the rear ABS stinking, well, it would be the same on any vehicle. Remember, you get what you pay for...
