My 1999 Durango 4x4 has now sadly been in the dealer garage for 4 days.... The dealer says that the steering column needs to be replaced and they are waiting for the parts. The truck only has 6,200 miles on it and the steering column had already been replaced at 620 miles.
When turning, the steering wheel makes a loud popping noise, thus the need for replacement.
Also, my Durango has developed an awful wind noise at speeds above 30 mph. Anybody have any ideals on the above problems?
