First a word of caution (and some blah blah):Don't drive it into the "ping zone" ; that is reeking havok on the rod bearings...(you also will blow a head gasket)...you should also have the MPP Billet balancer recommended for the supercharged engine.
I had the supe on for 800 miles before I built the engine and yes it pinged bad in the upper rpm/high boost range (I also have the ford injectors,180 TS, it didn't help). I cured it before I ran the new engine by installing a MSD6-TBM ignition system. It installs very easy and works in conjuctin with the boost pressure. As the boost increases you are able to turn a dash mounted dial to cut the ignition advance in relation to the boost. It works very nicely. It only cuts the timing advance when under boost.
Happy "D"ing (not "P"inging!,

After you installed your Powedyne, and before you did the extras, did you get any pinging. Mine pings to the max, I am using NOX racing octane boost and I installed a 180 thermostat but it still pings just before changing gears. I have a set of Ford 24# injectors coming, hope that cures it. Any other hints?

TIA (BTW thanks again for the help on the fuel pump wire)
