hello all, this is my first post, I need to find that lowered D from the states

Hi all, i am looking for anybody that has lowered their Durango. I currently live in Toronto Canada an saw a platinum lowered D in august that was from the states.
1) I am not too familiar with the states and where they are located, which means i didnt get his plate numbers, but his plate was like a refelctive yellow. ( if that helps )

2)I need all the information i can get because I want to order my Durango before the end of this year.
