I hope they are. It appears to be a valuable tool that may aid in the diagnosis of problems, and that sounds like a good idea. Unfortunately it will probably cost the consumer since DC will need to pass along the legal costs needed to combat the Civil Liberties Union. I'm sure they feel this is another invasion of privacy. Is it possible to ask these a** holes to not fight for my rights, I can't afford it anymore. Seriously!
