Been reading about how GM is now installing "black boxes" in their 99-Y2K vehicles that record such things as throttle position, break position, speed, seat belt and other things. GM does not tell their customers about these little "black boxes" but claim they are installed to help reconstruct crash scenes.
Just wondering if DC is doing somthing similar ? Is Big Brother watching us ?
