Grill Inserts, can someone post a picture please ?

I have been reading a lot about grill inserts and I am confused. I have no idea what you are talking about. I am about to receive my 2000 Durango in another week. Many people here seem to indicate it is a nice accessory to add to the D. Please post a picture so that I can understand. Many thanks in advance.
