The best course of action at this point is to document everything and prepare your case for the people who will finally decide your case. Take your paper work to the Service Manager, then Regional Service Director, then National Service Director then direct to Chrysler Corporate Offices.

It may be a long process but at least your prepared and have documents to back up your claim.

Be nice (as possible) and you should/may get satisfaction.

The "D" is a great vehicle...it's just the dealership service that needs much improvement.
