I would talk to the owner of the dealership and explain the outrageous experience. Take all copies of the services and throw them in his face to prove your point. If that doesn't do the trick I would start calling Chrysler and explaining to them how poor the service is and the corners they cut regarding your paint. Then if that doesn't get you anywhere I would take it in every 2 or 3 days to fix the A/C because it ain't COOL enough for you. Eventually they will get the point and take the loss just to get you out of there hair. Let me know what happens. Good Luck Mike
