Keep in mind that if the A/C is not on MAX (recirc)...

...there is quite a bit of airflow blowing through the D looking for a way out. The designed escape for the air (which is required to actually have a flow) is the vents at the back of the D in the cargo area. These vent the air to around the taillights. If those are blocked, the air will flow whereever it can, such as around the door handles, door seals, etc. Make sure the rear vents aren't blocked. Also, check for the air 'leaks' with the controls set to MAX, this will recirculate the air within the D and not require as much of an outward airflow.

: I would totally agree with above to try to insulate the car better. No sense in having real cold A/C and blowing it out the doors and seams.

: Has anyone else noticed the gaskets that form the seams on the doors are terrible. In cooler weather with the windows shut there is a steady stream of outside air between the door frame and the car gasket - it really is flimsy material and forms a very poor seal. Now with the temps at 100, there is a steady stream of very hot air blowing in all four doors. So once again everyone is trying to cool their trucks with A/C and very hot air blowing in the doors all around - this makes not sense.

: Haven't figured out a way to improve this. Anyone know of a replacement gasket or a way to strength this one to form a better seal. Seems to be a very poor design and cheap material.

: Just my thought,
