Thanks Russ for all the helpful tips and doing the leg work on the belt! I took my D out for a second cruise tonight and it really moves nice. Have to agree with the Powerdyne instructions - very shaky. But, for the money it's a great kit. The only really difficult steps were the fuel pump installation and the air conditioning lines (which the instructions failed to mention would be right in the way!)
I'll try to get some performance numbers and pics on my website soon. The weather here has been too hot and humid to make any good runs, so I think I'll wait for a nice cool day and see if I can get some runs in at the local strip.
BTW, I didn't have any pinging but I'm running 94 octane and have the Jet Stage II chip installed which is supposed to retard the timing slightly. Now I need that boost gauge to see what kind of pressure I'm getting.
