Just thinking out loud, but what about lifting a D up with something like the Rancho Air Adjustable shocks? I 4wheel only ocasionally and would like to keep the ride, gas milage, and warranty associated with stock. If you only wanted a couple or three inches more, seems like these types of shocks would work. I guess there would be a problem in that all the weight would be on the shock attachments instead of the springs etc... Anybody spent any time thinking about this?
