: Does the Heavy Duty Service group include a trnsmission cooler? I think I can remember a post that said so. Thus no neeed to install one? Or have people installed auxilliary coolers anyways?
The HDSG comes with a tranny cooler, if you want to call it that. I was under the D the other day and located the little booger. Its nothing more than about a 3/8"-7/16" tubing with one loop (goes out doeas a 180 and then goes back in) with some very thin cooling fins. If you tow quite a bit then a nice radiator type cooler would probably be beneficial.
: How complicated would it be to install a tranny temp. guage?
Dont know, never tried.
: And Has anyone looked into installing differential or oil coolers of any sort? Would they be beneficial?
Thought about an oil cooler but thats about it. I live in the Houston area so anything to keep the juices cooler would be a benefit in my opinion. If you live up north, a bypass might be a good idea for the winter months.
