The install is actually about as easy as it could possibly be. The bolts for the upper supports are right at the edge of the bumper when you lift the hood (just like Sportster said). The bolts for the lower mounting brackets are on the frame just behind the fog lights (you have to crawl underneath to get to those). I think the instructions could include better illustrations. The included instructions are pretty near worthless IMHO. You'll definitely like the look once installed. Also, I didn't have a problem using the bolts provided and there were a few extra washers when I was all done. Let us know how you make out.
