You need to remove the tail lights and disconnect the connector. Run the wiring harnass connectors up between the bumper and the body and place the new connector to the tail light and the other end to the old connector. Then shove the whole thing up into the body panel and insert the new rubber grommets and replace the tail light cover. I cut away the old rubber grommets and it went up alot easier. A single wire will be extending down from each side to the 4 pin harnass.
