You'll definitely need another person, and they could be as mechanically un-gifted as you or me, and it would not matter...
1. Raise you hood.
2. Above the bumper, and just about 3 to 4 inches in where the bumper dips down a-bit, is 4 bolts. remove those bolts and apply the upper mounting brackets and then rebolt them on. This is where it goes. The hood must be raised to see it and it is an easy, sturdy, and obvious install. It took me 1-1 1/2 hours to do it plus about 12 beers with a buddy who owns a Dakota. I have the 3 piece set up, and I am sure the 1 piece installs the same. Good luck, man.
