I took the storage compartment lid off this afternoon to find the factory threaded inserts for a 3rd row seat bracket(two of which are used for the lid mounting) and also the mounting studs for the seat belt set-up. I can't see any snags on adding a third seat to this model, I guess I lucked out from the info I received earlier. Thanks for all your input. If anyone out there with a tan cloth 3rd seat (or leather)that would like to convert to storage, I would be very intersted in hearing from you. Thanks, Joe
