Wayne, I'm not going to comment on the accuracy of your numbers, just the meanings.....
GVWR.....the total allowed weight of the D and everything you put in it, people and things....don't exceed this number, per your numbers this would be 6400 lbs.

Payload.....total weight of all people and things riding in the D. This would be the GVWR minus the total gross weight of the D, so with your numbers 6400 minus 4800.

GCVW.......Gross combined vehicle weight.....This is the maximum allowed gross weight of your D plus payload, plus gross weight of your trailer.

Towing capacity......just like it sounds.....don't pull a trailer that has a gross weight exceeding this amount.

With this info I trust you will be able to answer your own questions.
:
: Ok, payload 1750lbs. towing capacity 4400lbs, GCVW 9200, GVWR 6400lbs, durango weighs around 4800lbs does this mean I can tow a 4400lb
: trailer but no one can ride in the durango. Or does this
: mean I can tow a 4400 lb trailer with a 1000lb+ payload inside. Thank you.
