weights and measures

Ok, payload 1750lbs. towing capacity 4400lbs, GCVW 9200, GVWR 6400lbs, durango weighs around 4800lbs does this mean I can tow a 4400lb
trailer but no one can ride in the durango. Or does this
mean I can tow a 4400 lb trailer with a 1000lb+ payload inside. Thank you.
