i am not going to overlook the obvious, that is that lockout switch is depressed. there is a switch that makes all the switches non-functional, except the drivers... it is near the drivers window swithces. barring that... maybe that switch is bad, or maybe the switch on the passengers door is bad. not being able to check it out, leaves the troubleshooter at quite a disadvantage...
of course, i am sure there are other ideas that will come in, as well...i have not worked on that circuit yet...
