To get the bug deflector on the hood all you do is line it up and mark for holes on the underside of the grill. To put the fender shields on you have to remove the headlights, slide the shield in, and then put the headlights back in. It uses the headlight screws to hold them in place. Not too difficult, but read the instructions.

: I would like to know what holds each of these items in place, 2 sided tape, screws, etc. What permanent changes am I going to be making installing these items? I checked the FAQ and did not see any information on what it takes to install these items.
