I only have 5K on mine, but I am pleased to say that I don't even have any of the little problems that I've read about here.
I've only dealt with the service dept. at my dealer one time. If you have been following the Forum, then you know about the 3.92 gear situation. I have to say I am very pleased with my dealership's service. I'm on a first name basis :)
As with any make of vehicle, you will have the good dealers and the bad ones. Maybe ask friends and neighbors about their experiences with local dealers.
I have had a serious high dollar problem with every American made vehicle I have had so far. (1 Ford, 3 GM) This is my first Dodge.
Would I buy another Durango ? So far,Yes.
