Jiffy Lube Screwed Up !@#*! ... Any Advice? ... more

I had Jiffy Lube change my oil at 1147 miles. I had my hood up today and noticed the air filter housing was never reclampled, allowing the intake air to bypass the air filter. I now have 3500 miles on my D, so for the last 2500 miles I've been running filterless! Although I haven't noticed any problems, I am worried this has damaged my engine.

Called the Jiffy Lube today, and they said they were sorry. Sorry isn't good enough. They are elevating my complaint, and the District Customer Service Manager is supposed to call me later today to discuss.

Any advice on how I should handle this?
What damage do you think has been done?
