I have had a Warn Transfomer front bumper with the 2" receiver hitch mount on our Durango since July '98. It has work well and is very strong. I have a 9000 lbs. winch that attaches and was able to install tow hooks tht cost a lot less that Mopar hooks. In Texas we too have a front license plate and it attached fine. This bumper attaches to the frame horns.
