About Joe and his 'D'

"Chili" was delivered on Jan 17, 2000, but had to be built twice because of some major paint issues at the factory. The first one never left the plant. It's a 2000 SLT (in Chili Pepper Red, natch) with the following options: 5.9 liter engine, 3.92 differentials, PT4WD, towing and HD groups, overhead convenience group, 31x10.5R15 LT tires, flares, 3rd row seat, 6x9 fold-away heated mirrors, AM/FM-Cassette-CD.

Modifications I've made to "Chili" since delivery include:
Performance - Quick D intake, Fastman throttle body, Autolite 3923 Plugs.

Cosmetic: WeatherFlectors, Westin Safari Bar, GO RHINO nerf bars, Husky rear floor liner, Kraco front floor mats, generic sill covers, DODGE TBL, Rams Head hitch cover (with lock), SilBlades, GE9007HO head lamps, screen bug catcher in front of the radiator, GTS 3-piece bug deflector (since removed).

To be installed when weather warms up: Monroe Sensa-Trac dhocks, Hella FF200 driving lights, and a DOC sticker on the hatch window.

To date, "Chili" has been to three NEDOC Birthday Bashes, participated in the last leg of DRAGA (don't ask me about the magnetic sign), and has twice been to the Newark Plant Tour.
